Excellent specimen of gemmy, translucent purplish-red sapphire. The crystal group is 2.4 x 1.7 x 1.4 cm, and shows a schiller effect under strong light. The sapphire fluoresces a bright red and the matrix fluoresces a bright white under LW UV. No damage. 5.4 x 4.3 x 3.5 cm.
